I had suffered from back pain for years and have realized that it was because of my mattress (old, cheap, spring mattress). Then I was recommended a two-sided Memory mattress by Kokoflex ? since then I barely feel the back pain. The other practical advantage of it is (other than is has a wasable cover) that there is a 4 cm thick memory layer on one side of it, and a 2 cm thick layer on the other side. This way I can decide that how hard I would like to lay on.
