This is to inform the users of www.matrac-center.hu about its practice regarding handling personal data, about its organizational and technical provisions to bring privacy policy in effect and about the visitors' rights and their possible vindication related to these issues.

1. The Data Manager

The manager of data is Mattress Center Department Store - Koko Flex Ltd. (official residence: 94 Vaci t, Budapest, 1133, Hungary; Trade Registration Number: 01-09-698687; Tax ID: 12690471-2-41)

2. The range of data handled

During visiting the website, its automatically saves the time of beginning and ending of the visit and in some cases - depending on the setting of the user's computer - the type of the browser and operational system. Based on this data the system automatically generates statistical figures. The data manager does not link this data with personal ones. The website sends session ID in case of login which is automatically deleted after leaving the website.

The data manager handles the user's e-mail address and username for those services which require registration. Filling out fields regarding year of birth, zip code, occupation, education, work is optional, the service is available without giving these data.

Handling the given data in order to use the website is with the agreement of the user.

3. The aim of data management

Data management is done for keeping continuous relationship between registered users of the website services and the data manager and for surveys.

The time of visit and the type of the browser and operational system is recorded and saved exclusively for statistic purposes.

The data manager can not use personal data for other than the given purposes. The management of data given this way is with the user's permission.

All data and fact of the users are handled confidentially by www.matrac-center.hu and used exclusively for developing its services or for marketing of advertising places as well as for research and statistic purposes. Publishing the results will take place only that way by which the users are not identified.

4. Duration of data management

Session IDs are automatically deleted after leaving.

The data manager deletes personal data given at registration if it is required by the user or in case of termination of the service.

www.matrac-center.hu is not responsible for deleted previous pages which were saved by search engines of the Internet. These should be removed by the management of the search engine.

5. Access to data, data processors

Only colleagues of the data manager have access to the personal data given by the users.

Personal data can not be given out to a third party other than the assigned persons. This restriction does not apply to special extraordinary cases in which - set by the law - giving out data is mandatory. If giving out data is required by the authorities the data manager examines whether there is a legal ground for data transfer.

6. Users' rights regarding their personal data management, deletion of data

Giving data mentioned in section 2. is up to the users. The legal ground of data management is the users' voluntary permission.

The users might ask for information on management of their data. The data manager provides information of the data handled, goals of data management, its legal ground, its duration, name and address of data manager and his or her activities connected with data management, in addition that who and for what purposes have received or will receive the data. This information can be requested from the data manager by regular mail (94 Vaci ut 94. fsz.6, Budapest 1133, Hungary) or by e-mail: info@matrac-center.hu.

The user might ask for correction on deletion of his or her personal data using the above mentioned contacts.

In case of inappropriate usage of the website or if requested by the user the data belonging to him or her is deleted. The deletion will be completed within 24 hours starting on the next business day following the time of request.

7. Security provisions

Our company stores the servers of Xpedient Consulting Services Ltd. (1/6 Varosmajor Street, Godollo 2100, Hungary, www.xpedient.hu) which are protected by security guards and are placed on the main network of Hungary's Internet.

8. Possibilities of enforcing rights

The user who thinks that the owner www.matrac-centrum.hu was violating the law against his or her rights to personal data protection can take the case to civil court or ask for the help of the commissioner of data protection. The law regarding this matter and about the obligations of the data manager are included in act number 1992. LXIII, which is about protection of personal data and public access to data of public interest.

Our principles on data protection were developed based on the act number 1992. LXIII regarding protection of personal data and public access to data of public interest; and 1998. VI regarding protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data.
