The Website of the Year was given for the sixth time in 2008 by the Internet Marketing Club and the Hungarian Marketing Association. 167 website entered the competition. The professional jury of 9 members  - Dr. Istvan Eszes (Budapest Business School), Peter Agocs (Virusbuster Ltd.), Attila Balazs Balogh (Adverticum Inc.), Dr. Jozsef Mlinarics (Hungarian Association of Content Industry), Gyorgy Ratky (Hungarian Public Relations Association) Dora Somogyi (Independent News-Agency), Istvan Varga (Hungarian Marketing Association) Janos Vertes (Prim Online) Peter Weiler (Hungarian Advertising Association) gave awards in ten categories. Six websites received special prizes - among them were the website of Matrac Center (www.matrac-center.hu). 

At the consideration the main aspects were the structure of the website, the quality of the information and being up to date, the topicality of the content, the extent of interactivity, the state of development of the services and the visual and content realization of the company's ambition.
